In the age of venture capital, a number of young entrepreneurs are looking to join the ranks of the elite startup community, even if they have never held a job before.
For the most part, they’re working in technology, but there are some exceptions: a couple who have previously worked in finance, a former Uber engineer who has been on the job hunt for over a year, and a tech entrepreneur who recently started a new venture.
They’re all trying to find a way to get their foot in the door, whether it be through a job offer or a venture.
In the first of our three articles, we’ll explore some of the key factors that can make a good entrepreneur, and what to expect from them.
